One carefree day!

Dear Friends,
    Shall we  dine under the Magnolia tree,
  or, beside the perennial bed?
Dining outdoors need not be a paper-cup affair. Even the spur-of-the-moment snacks can look like plein-air feasts when in the presence of a perfect company-- yourself! Over the years, gardens specially my own have engaged me. With so many of us busy with jobs, families, and the myriad other activities that fill our calendars, we sometimes forget to make time for ourselves-------  sit and pause on a wooden bench, savor an ice cream cone and wait for the sunlight to set. The need to be in touch with the inner landscape is within us more than ever. Let us listen to our hearts as we make new discoveries.
